We replaced all the plywood on the second floor
Removed the carpeting from the stairs, the entire second floor, and the first floor
Installed vinyl flooring
We remodeled the master bathroom and its walk-in closet
Replaced the bathtub in the second bathroom and installed tile
Corrected wall finish defects, and painted the entire interior of the house
We also replaced all the baseboards
Installed granite countertops in the kitchen with decorative wood trim on the cabinet bases
Added new appliances
Installed new lighting in the kitchen and dining area
We painted the garage and applied a protective, spill-resistant coating to the floor
Spruced up the flower garden
Pressure-washed the exterior of the house
Replaced all the window screens.
